WHAT TO EXPECT WITH COHOST WITH US RENTALS
Book direct and save up to 15% by eliminating service fees charged by Airbnb, VRBO, and other travel agencies.
Check-in at 3:00 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM instead of 10:00 AM.
Cancel up to 5 days before arrival for a full refund.
For the protection of our guests and staff, all guests are required to complete a pre-check-in verification form that will be sent via email.
Security deposits are fully refundable 5 days after departure provided there are no damages to our home. Reservations may be cancelled without charge if written notice is provided at least 7 days prior to check-in. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.
Discounts cannot be combined. We provide weekly, monthly, and military discounts.
We kindly ask our guests to be mindful and respectful our neighbors and community. Our homes are equipped with a noise monitoring device eliminate any disturbances.
Yes, all of our properties come with reliable high-speed internet and is free to utilize throughout your stay.
Absolutely! We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
No. Although we are animal lovers and absolutely adore pets (especially dogs), unfortunately, we do not accept pets in our homes. Sadly some guests are allergic to fur and dander and despite our cleaning staff’s best efforts to clean and sanitize, having pets in our home could cause great discomfort for future guests
